Webinar Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the webinar (“Webinar”) organized by Sprout & Harvest Growth Partners Inc. (“Organizer”). By registering for and/or attending the Webinar, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration

  • Eligibility: The Webinar is open to participants who have registered through the provided registration form or platform.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Confirmation: Your registration is subject to confirmation by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion.

3. Webinar Access

  • Link and Access: Upon successful registration, you will receive a link or access instructions for the Webinar. This link is personal and non-transferable.
  • Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the Webinar.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content provided during the Webinar, including presentations, recordings, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Organizer or its licensors.
  • Use of Content: You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Webinar without prior written consent from the Organizer.

5. Conduct During the Webinar

  • Professional Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Privacy: The Webinar may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the recording and use of your image, voice, and/or comments for promotional and other purposes by the Organizer, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Organizer’s Right to Cancel: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Webinar for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and refunds will be provided if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Organizer makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided during the Webinar.
  • Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Webinar.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants, and continued participation in the Webinar will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
