About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Client & Delivery Lead — a hybrid account manager, project manager, and team lead — who can sit at the centre of our client relationships and translate client needs into clear, organized, actionable work across our team.
This part-time contract role is designed to evolve into the lead on all client accounts and eventually into an agency leadership position.
This role goes beyond traditional project management. You are not simply ensuring work is on time and on budget — you are accountable for ensuring that what we deliver drives real business outcomes. You are commercially minded and comfortable discussing performance metrics, digital funnels, campaign effectiveness, and growth targets. You ask, “How is this performing?” not just “Is this complete?”
You are someone who can:
- Uncover client needs, even ones they haven’t articulated
- Translate growth objectives into structured scopes and workplans
- Align strategy, creative, digital, and media around measurable outcomes
- Bring clarity to performance reporting and ensure insights inform next steps
- Build an environment of collaboration within a remote team, combining big agency thinking with scrappy agency agility.
In addition, you are naturally curious about emerging tools and technologies, particularly AI in marketing. You actively explore, test, or experiment with AI tools that improve workflow, insight generation, content development, or performance optimization. You see AI not as hype, but as leverage — and you look for practical ways it can strengthen both client results and internal efficiency.
Experience in credit unions or financial services is a strong asset.
Digital agency experience is a requirement.
Vancouver, BC based preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for client accounts and projects
- Uncover client needs beyond what is explicitly requested, identifying both strategic and growth opportunities
- Translate client goals into structured briefs, scopes, workplans, and measurable performance objectives
- Align all work to clear business outcomes ensuring campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand efforts drive tangible results
- Lead internal team coordination and resourcing across strategy, creative, digital, and media
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, backed by performance insight and strategic thinking
- Bring a performance marketing lens to projects such as measuring effectiveness, reviewing analytics, and ensuring insights inform next steps
- Partner with digital and media teams to capture and monitor key metrics (conversion, engagement, acquisition, retention) and recommend optimizations
- Optimize team and project processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and profitability
- Explore and apply AI tools where appropriate to enhance workflow, reporting, content development, or performance outcomes
- Maintain budgets, timelines, scope discipline, and margin awareness
- Manage client and team billing schedules with accuracy and accountability
- Ensure consistently high-quality delivery across all service lines
- Act as the “owner” of delivery excellence and results accountability

- Scope is controlled, margins are protected, and profitability is actively managed
- Performance data is reviewed consistently, and optimization conversations are proactive rather than reactive
- AI and workflow improvements are thoughtfully integrated where they improve efficiency or effectiveness
- New opportunities surface organically through strong relationships and performance-driven conversations
